Unfortunately, Hartmark currently does not have a showroom; however, we can send you samples chips of our paint finishes, doors, and moldings.

Hartmark does not use any measurements taken from outside the company to be sure we are measuring to our standards and experience as well as delivering a high-quality product with correct dimensions.

Can I use your cabinets outdoors?
Can I use your cabinets outdoors?

Hartmark can provide water resistant materials, however we do not recommend ordering for outdoor use due to sun exposure and natural outdoor environments that can deform or damage your cabinets. Because of this, Hartmark only takes jobs with partial outdoor exposure and all outdoor products unfortunately do not fall under our warranty.

Hartmark offers a wide variety of cabinets in different materials depending on the customer’s needs and desired finishes.
What does Hartmark recommend for touching up/cleaning my cabinets?

To keep the integrity of our cabinets, we suggest simply using a damp cloth for wiping down and cleaning the cabinets and then drying immediately. Additionally, we highly recommend using this Cabinet Care Kit by Mohawk Finishing Products.

We do not finish inside the cabinets unless it has an exposed interior.

Yes, all toe kicks and base shoe moldings can be matched with any of our offered finishes.

When it comes to cabinetry, there are many different materials and finishes used for several reasons. Each of these are explained in our PDF located in the "Catalogs" section on our resources page.

Yes, the soft closing feature can be added for a small additional cost.

Hartmark does offer doors/drawers set up for glass inserts, but due to the high risk of delivering broken glass through shipping, the glass is not included in your order.

Due to the nature of wood and its natural characteristics, not all pieces will have the same exact grain pattern or color tone as another even if it’s within the same family. We’ve done our best to replicate our product on our site by hiring a top-rated digital image company to create images indistinguishable from the real-life product.

Hartmark will service cabinets that suffer normal wear and tear that falls within our warranty guidelines. Cabinets damaged beyond normal wear and tear will need to be replaced through a change order. To do this, please contact us at customercare@hartmark.com.

The size and material specifications of each job will determine whether it will be on a 6-week, 8-week, 10 week, or 12-week lead time.

Yes, all cabinets are pre-assembled before shipping, however, certain parts such as moldings are assembled on-site.

At this time Hartmark does not offer financing.
What forms of payment does Hartmark accept?

Hartmark accepts bank wires, ACH payments, or checks.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront for my order?
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront for my order?

Payment requirements are dependent on each type of job.
Retail jobs: the requirement is 10% deposit with a signed contract to start the process.
Custom jobs: the required deposit depends on the amount of the signed contract.
Builders: the requirement varies per contract.

HARTMARK WARRANTY



One (1) Year Product Only Warranty


HARTMARK Cabinet Design & Mfg., Inc. (HARTMARK) warrants its parts and products to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year following date of installation. If a part or product is determined, at the sole discretion of HARTMARK, to have substantial defects in either materials or workmanship, then: HARTMARK will repair or replace parts or products that are defective. The parts or product will be delivered at no cost; however, all in-home service and labor will be billable at current rates or quoted prices. Trip charges will apply for inspection visits resulting in non-warranty work. In the event the product or part is no longer available, HARTMARK will provide, at its' sole discretion, either an equivalent product or appropriate compensation.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS


This warranty does not cover degradation from normal wear & tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, appliance proximity or heat, alterations, desert heat exposure, water or humidity absorption, mold, other trades, homeowners or nonresidential applications. In addition, variations from samples or model homes, wood grain, finish, color, aging or other natural wood and stain characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty (see our Appearance Disclaimer Document for details).
To the extent permitted by Law, this warranty and any applicable implied warranties do not include incidental or consequential damages or expenses arising from any defects in the product. In addition, if the product was not installed by HARTMARK but by another party, this warranty does cover incidental costs such as delivery, storage or handling expenses, labor charges for installation or removal of the product or any associated expenses. If products are altered, removed or reinstalled after the initial installation date, this warranty is voided.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the descriptions on the face hereof and HARTMARK disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent that such disclaimer is not permitted under applicable law, any implied warranty shall be coextensive in duration with this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is only valid in the United States of America. In keeping with our policy of continuous product improvement, HARTMARK reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products we previously manufactured.
